I contacted Chris after taking time off work due to work stress which had severely incapacitated me. At that time I was unable to think clearly and he helped me to organize my thought with the questions that he brought to our meetings. He helped me to re-evaluate what was important to me and whether I was willing to make the sacrifices needed to achieve what I wished to do with my working life. ” I always looked forward to meeting with Chris as he has such an easy to get along with personality and his sessions were always informative. He offered me lots of support during a difficult period in my life. His positive attitude helped me eventually return to work, resign and seek alternative employment, which has greatly improved my life. Chris has an upbeat manner and is very positive. It was great to look at my life holistically and then focus down on the areas that I really wanted to improve. I hired Chris when I relocated to Texas. I was told about him by a close friend of mine, and was glad that he could conduct sessions over skype.
